La Parachute

Athena Sarracini is a ceramic artist and writer of Greek heritage. La Parachute is a celebration of this ordinary, extraordinary life. Athena's writing has appeared in various publications including Uppercase, Chatelaine, House & Home and Toronto Life. Her ceramics are inspired by a childhood spent in Greece; the blue of the Aegean Sea, the stark white of Cycladic architecture, spirals, circles and evil eyes. Athena lives in Toronto's South Annex with her husband and three children.
